Dear Mom is an original art quilt by Aisha Lumumba. It was inspired by the many Mothers/Grandmothers that have had to take the responsibility of their grandchildren due to domestic violence. It is a harsh reality of mothers being taken away and the pain the grandmother must hide as she assumes the role of mother again.
Professionally machine quilted. The binding is machine sewn to the front and hand stitched to the back of the quilt. Made in a smoke free pet free environment.
