This is a traditional quilt made from 5″ squares with a pictural center. The name came directly from the centerpiece which was a print on fabric. It spoke to me about the greatness and the depth of a mother’s love. The pattern is made with squares surrounding a center picture of a mother and child. The squares are traditionally used as a border pattern but has often been used to make the entire quilt. The squares are African print fabrics.It has many variations that always turn out beautifully. It makes a lovely gift for anyone.
Professionally machine quilted. The binding is machine sewn to the front and hand stitched to the back of the quilt. It includes a sleeve for hanging on the back. Made in a smoke free pet free environment.
