This quilt is a great art quilt featuring two little girls sitting on a church pew. Aisha Lumumba says that she picked these little girls right out of her own memory. The two little girls express their different personalities as they try to sit still on the bench exhibiting what they think “behaving” looks like. It uses many quilt techniques such as piecing, patchwork, applique and longarm quilting.
