This book is a short story of a woman’s feelings about her beauty and worth throughout her history. It contains 19 pictures created by the three authors (Aisha Lumumba, Janice Hollins-Sullivan and Lawrence Sullivan) of the book. Each picture depicts a point in African American history that may not have been originally created for that idea but it fit so well. It is our hope that this book will jump start discussions about our worth.
