I Am Not My Hair #24 is an original art quilt by Aisha Lumumba. It is two women in their very own flowing long mixed fabric dresses appliqued on a bright yellow/gold background. Their black hair is blowing in the wind. They are made with the Scrappy Lady pattern featured in the Scrap Easy book by Aisha Lumumba. Made especially for a sisterhood exhibition. Great wall quilt.
Professionally machine quilted. The binding is sewn to the front and hand stitched to the back of the quilt. It includes a sleeve for hanging on the back. Made in a smoke free pet free environment.
