Jump For Joy

Jump for Joy is an original art quilt by Aisha Lumumba. It is a combination of three different ideas. The background started out as an abstract that I thought would stand alone.  The second idea was left over scrap fabric from one of the Scrappy Lady quilts that seemed like just the best thing to make a little dress. The little dress led me to the little girl. I always think that things are great with red shoes.  When I put all three together, I ended up with this great gift for a little girl. It is appliqued.

Machine quilted. The binding is sewn to the front and hand stitched to the back of the quilt. It includes a sleeve for hanging on the back of the quilt. Made in a smoke free pet free environment.
